Enugu State Civil Society Forum (ESCSF) sincerely commend the Executive Governor of Enugu State for the appointment of Hon. Chika Mba as the Acting Managing Director of EN-RUWASSA.
The forum is proud of Governor Mbah’s idea of competent and inclusive governance, which created enabling environment for technocrats and professionals from different fields to serve in his administration.
Hon. Chika Mba is a strong figure in civil society activities and research development in Nigeria. As a renowned development economist, she has a great track record and has made immense contributions to the development of Southeast and Enugu State.
It is important to note that Hon. Chika Mba was a former Senior Special Assistant to Enugu State Governor on Water, Sanitation and Hygiene, where she demonstrated unwavering contributions to water access and hygiene in Enugu State. She worked with development partners under WASH Project from Water Aid, and UNICEF Nigeria within her period of service.
We commend the Executive Governor of Enugu State for finding her worthy and competent as a experienced civil society activist, and a development expert to work in the most critical area of the present administration.
We will continue to advocate for the general interest of Ndi Enugu and urge our partner and friend, Hon. Chika Mba to use her office to influence positive changes that will strongly impact the people of Enugu State.
