Peter Ndubuisi Mbah subpoenaed DSS who gave evidence today at the Governorship Tribunal.
Evidence of DSS as contained in the statement on oath of Yamaya Isa Muhammad is that upon a petition by Dr. Onyechi Ikpeazu, SAN counsel to Peter Ndubuisi Mbah, DSS carried out investigation on the issue of the alleged NYSC certificate and found out that it was duly issued by NYSC.
DSS tendered their investigation report which was admitted by the Tribunal as exhibit EPT/01/63.
Counsel to the Petitioners have been in serious confusion since sighting DSS.
They have applied for the court to stand down the matter twice.
